THE DENVER PETROLEUM CLUB MENTOR PROGRAM

2026 DPC Mentor button/banner

DPC pairs rising energy pros with seasoned leaders for 10 months of focused mentorship, warm introductions, and career-shaping experiences.

The DPC Mentor Program is where ambition meets access. From February to December, we match mentees and mentors across land, operations, finance, ESG, BD, and more. You’ll set goals, meet monthly, join curated events together, and open doors you didn’t know were there.

The goals of our program:

  • Bridge the workforce gap through mentoring relationships that transfer knowledge, resources, and life experiences.
  • Help mold future oil and gas and energy leaders in a manner not provided by any other club or association.
  • Create lasting relationships for both mentors and mentees through meaningful two-way dialogue.
  • Increase Denver Petroleum Club member engagement by providing young professionals direct access to successful industry leaders.

The DPC supports the achievement of these goals by offering educational lunches, networking events, and collaborative opportunities for Mentors and Mentees to work on projects and participate in competitions.
