  Ben Brulet is a geoscientist with Ovintiv and is currently located in Ovintiv’s Denver, Colorado office.  After receiving his undergrad and Master’s degree in Geology from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, he started his career with Chesapeake Energy in Oklahoma City.  While spending nearly a decade at  Chesapeake, Ben worked on numerous development and exploration projects spanning multiple plays including the Marcellus, Utica, Haynesville, Barnett, Eagle Ford  and the Anadarko Basin.  Throughout his career he has had the opportunity to step outside of geoscience and take on roles in Investor Relations and Communications, Financial Planning and Logistics, Strategic and Field Development Planning, along with numerous other technical forays.  He currently leads a geoscience development team focusing on Ovintiv’s South Texas Eagle Ford asset.
